Job summary

Arizona Behavioral Counseling & Education seeks a licensed counselor to provide screening, intake, exit appointments and to lead the MVD revocation process at our Tempe-area locations. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with compensation up to $65 per hour.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate documentation, deliver crisis intervention when needed, and stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques in a supportive, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• Experience in a clinical setting or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate part-time scheduling; may involve evenings or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening assessments, intake orientations, exit, and MVD screening appointments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
• Occasionally provide clinical oversight and/or co-signatures in the absence of full-time counselor.

With 35 years of serving clients in Arizona, we are seeking a part time compassionate and experienced Licensed Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide screening, intake, and exit appointments and lead the MVD revocation process. Part time and Full time jobs available with hourly pay up to $65 per hour.

Responsibilities
