Compensation: $33 - $38 per hour - Relocation incentive & sign on bonus

Location: Shelby, MT

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour days per week

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a growing behavioral health team serving both a school-based health center and a community outpatient clinic.

This position is ideal for a counselor who values flexibility, autonomy in clinical practice, and meaningful work with both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling services to children and adults
• Work across two settings: School-based health center (approximately 3 days per week) and main outpatient clinic serving the general public
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentationUphold ethical standards and comply with all state and organizational requirements
• Deliver patient-centered care with flexibility in session length and treatment approach
