EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed therapist to join our EmpowerMe 360 team in Temecula, CA. You will provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in our integrated care model, coordinating with a collaborative team to promote independence and safety.

You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions while contributing to program development and ensuring compassionate, community-centered care. A predictable schedule supports your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services (physical, occupational, or speech) for older adults.

• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
