PS Salon & Spa is seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist / Hairstylist to join our team serving senior clients in Dublin, OH. Part-time shifts with a built-in book of clients, flexible hours, and opportunities to grow are available.

You will deliver high-quality styling and spa services, flex your artistry, and help brighten residents’ days in a supportive retirement village environment.

The Role

As a PS Pro, you’ll deliver high-quality salon and spa services while creating uplifting experiences for our senior clients. Each day, you’ll use your artistry and skill to enhance beauty, boost confidence, and form lasting connections.

Schedule & Requirements

• Active, valid cosmetology license in this state
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of identity & eligibility to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Part-time: 1-3 days per week, with the opportunity to build more.
• 6-8-hour shifts Evening/weekend hours available upon request

Compensation & Benefits

• 50% commission per service performed
• Average earnings in this state (based on commission): Hourly rate average: total service commission divided by total hours worked, per pay period.
• W-2 employee status (unemployment insurance protection—no booth rent or contractor fees)
