The Natural Crown, LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a licensed cosmetologist who shares our commitment to healthy hair and elevated client experiences. Whether an experienced stylist or building clientele, you will grow with us in a commission-based, W-2 role offering a 60/40 split (60% stylist / 40% salon) plus 10% on retail sales.

Enjoy a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability; start date as early as November 1.

Formación

• Active Cosmetology License required.
• Proficiency in cornrowing and braid-down techniques.

Expected Services

Our studio specializes in healthy hair care and elevated beauty and wellness experiences. Stylists should be willing and able to provide or receive training in the following service categories:

• Natural Hair Care & Styling
• Loc Maintenance & Styling
• Sew-In Installations & Maintenance
• Luxury Head Spa Treatments

All services must align with The Natural Crown's standards and service offerings. Any additional services must receive prior approval from salon owner before being offered to clients.

Please Note: The Natural Crown does not provide services to children under the age of 13.
