Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Butte, MT, is seeking a Co-Occurring Specialist to join our team.

This full-time role starts with a salary between $60,000 and $70,000 per year and focuses on counseling individuals dealing with mental health and addiction issues within the community. The successful candidate will hold an advanced degree in Psychology or Social Work, possess LCPC or LCSW licensure, and work with a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate treatment, monitor progress, and ensure client safety

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
LCPC or LCSW license required.
At least 1 year direct work experience in co-occurring care.

Responsibilities

Counsel clients on a one-to-one session to assist in dealing with mental health and addiction issues.
Interviews clients, reviews applicable records, and confers with other professionals to evaluate mental conditions.
Plan and coordinate treatment with supervisors and staff physicians based on client needs.
Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals.
Refer clients to community resources and ensure service efficacy.
