We are seeking strong, creative clinical professionals for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. In this role, you will lead person-centered treatment planning within a vibrant, multidisciplinary team supporting adults (ages 18+) in a community-based behavioral health setting. Our integrated teams work collaboratively to provide evidence-based services that help individuals reach their personal recovery goals. You will be working alongside Licensed Clinicians & RNs, Housing Specialists, Direct Care Staff, Peer & Family Specialists, and Group Living Environment Teams.
