Mdcounseling is looking for full-time licensed mental health professionals (counselors, social workers, psychologists) to join a clinician-centered team in Columbia, MD. The role includes maintaining a caseload, evaluating client needs, and providing high-quality care. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed mental health professional in Maryland.
• Experience in completing treatment plans and clinical case notes required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with other providers.
