Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Framingham, MA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You must hold MA licensure (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW/PhD) and be available for 15 sessions with 20 hours weekly. Expect a supportive, clinician-led environment with credentialing and admin handled by Thriveworks.

We offer flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, a robust clinical community, and opportunities for growth within a national hybrid care model.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians must be independently licensed in Massachusetts.
• Be available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Manage telehealth and in-person sessions in Framingham, MA.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and participate in case consultations.
