Alternatives, Inc. in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW or LPC) to provide clinical support for CSS programs, ensuring assessments, plans, and documentation meet required standards.

The clinician will deliver direct services, collaborate with Case Managers, and uphold Medicaid and licensing requirements. Flexibility to participate in external committees and 24/7 COS on-call rotations is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related field.
• Current NJ professional license in good standing (LCSW or LPC).
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear TB screening.
• CPR/first aid, medication administration and positive behavioral support training.

Responsibilities

• Complete CSS assessments, plans, and documents for CSS clients.
• Provide direct clinical services.
• Serve as a resource and team member to Case Managers on the CSS team.
• Adhere to Medicaid requirements and state licensing standards.
• Represent Alternatives on external committees at local, county and state levels.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 COS.
