Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists in California to provide in-person sessions within our nationwide network. You’ll have true schedule autonomy, choose your client load, and work in-person at your own office space, with telehealth also supported as an option.

Our admin team handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support so you can focus on clinical care. We offer strong client referrals and ongoing professional development resources to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP in California.
• Ability to provide in-person sessions.
• Office space available for in-person care as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy in-person.
• Coordinate with admin for credentialing, billing and insurance.
• Maintain clinical standards and document outcomes with a measurement-informed approach.
