Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lexington, MA. The role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians with 30+ hours of weekly availability and a path to a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

You’ll work with LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD licensure, delivering evidence-based care to a large client base while enjoying benefits and support from a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions
• Navigate scheduling, credentialing, and clerical tasks with minimal clinician burden
• Collaborate with team members to support client progress and outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision where available
