Job summary

American Training is seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinician for its Day Programs in Massachusetts. You will perform assessments, develop behavior plans, and document clinical care to Guests with developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with current credentials (BCBA, LMHC or LICSW) and Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mental health and developmental disabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical treatment plans and behavioral plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and risk assessments; respond to crises.
• Provide training on treatment plans, behavior plans, trauma-informed care.
• Attend required trainings and interdisciplinary meetings.
