Job summary

Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join the Adult Addictions and Older Adult Services teams. You will deliver evidence-based, individualized care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting and manage a client caseload across an integrated behavioral health model.

The role emphasizes treatment planning, documentation, and crisis support, with a 4-day workweek eligible for certain programs. A strong commitment to recovery and community-based care is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or human services field required.
• Active and unencumbered clinical licensure in Indiana (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC).
• Valid Indiana driver's license per Eskenazi Health policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, family and group therapy per EBP standards.
• Develop and update clinical treatment plans and BPSE in collaboration with the team.
• Manage a caseload with adherence to CCBHC guidelines and documentation.
• Coordinate crisis management and safety planning when needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and referrals.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting to the team.
