Job summary

IRON Recovery and Wellness Center in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Licensed Clinician to join our recovery-focused treatment team part-time with flexible scheduling.

You will provide assessments, individual and group therapy, and individualized treatment planning to support clients on their path to sustainable recovery, in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment practices
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered care
• Successful completion of physical exam and drug screening (including THC)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and substance use evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

What You’ll Do

Clinical Responsibilities

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of physical exam and drug screening (including THC)
• Ability to attend and complete all required trainings
• Ability to meet physical requirements including sitting, standing, lifting, bending, driving, and attending meetings
• Required Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearances
• Must pass federal and state background checks
• Paid clinical hours for eligible services
• Weekly clinical supervision with a designated supervisor
• Collaborative and supportive work environment

Clinicians scheduled for fewer than 24 hours per week are not benefits-eligible.
