Job summary

LifeStance Health in Tulsa, OK is seeking licensed counselors (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) with play therapy experience for a hybrid, full-time position at 6400 S Lewis Ave. You will provide high-quality behavioral health care to children through adults in an outpatient group practice.

We offer above-market pay with productivity-based compensation, an annual incentive plan bonus of $8,000, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with match, and strong work-life

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oklahoma as LPC, LCSW or LMFT and fully licensed.
• Experience with child to adult populations; Play Therapy is a plus.
• Outpatient behavioral health delivery in a group practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient behavioral health care to clients.
• Provide Play Therapy as appropriate.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality patient care.

• Experienced in working with child through adult populations. Play Therapy experience a plus.
