LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in South Carolina for a fully licensed practice. The role offers a competitive earnings package with an uncapped potential and a W2 employed position with flexible hybrid work schedules.

We seek therapists licensed in SC (LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT) with experience treating adults and/or children/adolescents. Start in December with a strong support network and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in South Carolina as LISW-CP, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• W2 employed with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams for quality outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and supervision as needed.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking therapists that are:

• Local to and fully licensed in South Carolina: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experienced in working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Location and Schedule:

• Conveniently located in NE Columbia, close to I-77 and Two Notch Road
• Start in December
• Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
• Monday-Friday with evenings/weekends optional
• Flexible hybrid schedule (between work and home) to accommodate work/life balance
