Job summary

LifeStance Health in Moore, Oklahoma is expanding its outpatient behavioral health team. We are seeking a fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to join our hybrid, full-time clinical staff providing 100% outpatient care in a group practice setting.

Competitive, above-market compensation ($85,000–$112,000+), plus an $8,000 annual incentive and a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment with modern technology.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Oklahoma as LPC, LCSW or LMFT.
• Experience in working with child through adult populations.
• Outpatient behavioral health setting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient care in a group practice setting.
• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to a diverse patient population.
• Work in a hybrid schedule in Moore, OK with administrative support and modern technology.
