Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Wisconsin for outpatient mental health care. Therapists provide care to children, adolescents, or adults, with no nights or hospital calls, in a hybrid model combining on-site and telehealth.

The role offers a fully flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), an uncapped earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, 401k with match, parental leave, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult clients in outpatient settings.
• Evidence-based clinical skills for behavioral health treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

• $84,000 - $113,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity
