Job summary

J. Snyder, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in North Wales, PA.

You will provide clinical autonomy within a nationally recognized healthcare organization while delivering compassionate care to patients and their families. Responsibilities include screening and assessing for mental health and substance use, delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT), maintaining EMR documentation, and collaborating with teams for coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT or other evidence-based approaches.
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to create provider profiles.
