Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience post-master's degree.
• Direct psychotherapy experience with individuals and families.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook and EHRs (Athena RMS or similar).

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based approaches.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor changes in clinical symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing to create a professional provider profile.

Education
