Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to deliver outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. You will conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy, developing evidence-based treatment plans.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to ensure coordinated, high-quality care within a hybrid care model and patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a clinical therapist (e.g., LCSW/LCPC/LCMFT) in the relevant state.
• Experience providing outpatient mental health services to diverse age groups.
• Ability to deliver individual, family, and group therapy with evidence-based approaches.
• Willingness to collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians.
