Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois to deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare in a full‑time therapy‑only role. The position supports adults, children, and adolescents, under a productivity-based compensation model (W2). A Ph.D. or Psy.D. and full licensure in Illinois are required or in progress.

Newly designed offices, full administrative support, and a signing bonus are provided as part of LifeStance Health’s comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed or in process of taking Illinois license exam; Ph.D. or Psy.D. required or in process.
• Ability to provide full-time therapy-only.
• No testing psychology positions available; 100% therapy.

• Compensation Range $115,000 - $135,000, compensation model based on productivity.
