LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois for a full-time, therapy-only role under a W2 productivity model. You will deliver high-quality behavioral health care to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, with in-person and telemedicine options.

The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. or Psy.D., is fully licensed (or in the final steps toward licensure in Illinois), and seeks work-life balance with professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering behavioral healthcare to adults and to children/adolescents.
• Full‑time, therapy‑only services under a W2 productivity model.

Role Overview

We are actively seeking Clinical Psychologists in Illinois to deliver high‑quality, therapy‑only behavioral healthcare. Candidates should be fully licensed or in the process of obtaining a license in Illinois and hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. The position follows a Fee For Service Productivity Model (W2) and requires full‑time, therapy‑only practice.
