Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients in Johnson City, TN, through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role includes a ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of weekly availability.

We handle credentialing, scheduling, billing, and marketing support so you can focus on care, with paid orientation and a goal of building a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Formación

• Must be independently licensed and living in Tennessee — LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients (couples, children).
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident with modern clinical tech, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Strong teammate who contributes positively to the clinical community.
