Job summary

Essen Health care in New York seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-OASIS to join our growing network. You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in individual or group settings, coordinating care across primary, specialty, and home-based services.

Ideal candidates hold an MSW, an LCSW license in New York, 1–2 years of clinical mental health experience, and a bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with New York license.
• 1–2 years of clinical mental health experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement.
• Ability to provide specialized mental health care including trauma, addiction, EMDR or DBT.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs by interviewing and reviewing history.

• Communicate updates to relevant parties and coordinate care.
• Refer clients to other healthcare professionals and programs; maintain documentation.
• Conduct crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-OASIS to join our team! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
• Develop and execute individual treatment plans
• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation
• crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
• provision of other services related to wellness
• other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services

Qualifications
