Formación

• Master's degree required in counseling or related field.
• Licensed professional counselor or eligible (LPC - MHSP TEMP) in Tennessee.
• Strong communication and ethical practice required.
• Ability to collaborate with care team and community resources.

Responsabilidades

• Performs behavioral health diagnostic and psycho-social assessments.
• Implements group, family and individual psycho-therapeutic interventions including crisis intervention.
• Develops treatment and disposition plans and maintains contact with family and community agencies.
• Collaborates with team to meet patient care management and system improvement goals.
• Represents the behavioral health enterprise on institutional and community committees.
