LifeStance Health is seeking fully licensed therapists in Wisconsin for outpatient services. Therapists will provide care for children, adolescents, and adults, working in a hybrid on-site and telehealth model.

$84,000 - $113,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time), compensation model based on productivity.
