Flagstar Nursing is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for a high-priority statewide government contract providing behavioral health services within Alaska correctional facilities.

These full-time positions involve delivering mental health assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services to individuals in custody. This opportunity runs onsite at facilities across Alaska with occasional telehealth based on needs.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in any U.S. state or equivalent.
• Ability to pass correctional facility background clearance.
• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments.
• Provide individual and group therapy services.
• Develop treatment plans and crisis interventions.
• Document services in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary correctional healthcare teams.
• Support suicide prevention and behavioral health initiatives.

Responsibilities

Job description

Flagstar Nursing is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for a high-priority statewide government contract providing behavioral health services within Alaska correctional facilities.

These full-time positions involve delivering mental health assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services to individuals in custody.

This opportunity is expected to begin mid-March 2026, pending contract award.

Blended hourly rate: $78-$95 per hour

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Active LCSW (or equivalent independent clinical social work license) in any U.S. state
• Ability to pass correctional facility background clearance
• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Develop treatment plans and crisis interventions
• Document services in electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary correctional healthcare teams
• Support suicide prevention and behavioral health initiatives
