Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in Maryland to join our clinical team. We offer flexible Full-Time/Part-Time W2 positions with remote, hybrid, or in-person options, plus strong support and tech-enabled care.

Qualified candidates are licensed in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT) and experienced with adult and/or child/adolescent populations. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, 401k, and a commitment to work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed and credentialed in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW-C or LCMFT).
• Experience with adults and/or children/adolescents in clinical settings.
• Full credentialing and malpractice coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients in Maryland.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with clinical standards.
