Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists for our NYC offices who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. This outpatient role offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-person and remote days, and a supportive team in modern clinics.

You must hold licensure in at least one US state (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) and be available 30–40 hours per week. We offer full benefits, a 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, a sign-on bonus, and ongoing education opportunities.
