Job summary

LifeStance Health, Inc. in Mountainside, NJ is hiring Licensed Therapists to provide high-quality behavioral healthcare. The role offers telemedicine and in-person flexibility, plus a sign-on bonus and an earnings range of $75,000–$100,000+ annually, with compensation based on productivity.

Requires active New Jersey licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) and a commitment to clinical excellence; 36 hours+ per week. Location may include hybrid telework and on-site duties at Mountain side offices.
