Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Silver Spring, Maryland to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. Up to $108,900 annually based on licensure and session volume, with full-time benefits including health insurance and student loan repayment assistance.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. Flexible scheduling through seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, nationwide hybrid care model.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Maryland (LCSW-C).
• Available for at least 25 sessions per week (30 hours+).
• Open to treating diverse clients (couples and children) and using telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Manage a full caseload with flexible scheduling.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document care.
• Collaborate within a clinical community.
