Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions from Athens, GA. The role offers a ramp stipend for clinicians providing 30+ hours per week and includes comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

You will be independently licensed in Georgia (LCSW preferred), able to deliver 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability, and able to treat diverse client populations including couples and children.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Georgia (LCSW) required.
• Minimum 25 sessions with 30 hours weekly available.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children.
• Comfortable working with telehealth and EHR tools.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration within clinical community.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with team, supervisors, and partner health systems.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR.
• Contribute to a supportive clinical community and continuous improvement.
