Thriveworks is actively hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers in Massachusetts to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Brookline, MA. The role includes a ramp stipend of $7,500 for clinicians with 25 hours of availability per week and a compensation range up to $124,300 based on licensure level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided
• Willing to provide telehealth and in-person sessions (hybrid model)
• Able to handle a 25-session-per-week schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions (Brookline, MA)
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health care across diverse client populations
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and pursue supervisory opportunities as available
