Job summary

Direct Access is a community-based mental health provider offering psychiatry, psychotherapy, and care management services. We seek licensed clinical social workers to provide in-home therapy to patients facing depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and eating or addiction concerns.

You can tailor a flexible schedule to fit family, personal, and other commitments, with options for telehealth or face-to-face sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed clinical social worker in good standing.
• Experience in home-based therapy for mental health conditions.
• Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and telehealth or face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy to individuals and families.
• Address depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and related concerns.
• Collaborate with care team and coordinate treatment plans.
