Backpack Healthcare is seeking a part-time Delaware licensed mental health therapist to join our remote team. You will provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults via secure telehealth, delivering 15–22 sessions per week.

Clinicians set their own schedule, while we provide referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing. A Delaware independent license is required, with a focus on trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Formación

• Active Delaware independent clinical license (LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT).
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation.
• Trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

What You'll Do

You’ll provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Delaware.

Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM ET), with weekend availability welcomed.

You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments

• Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans

• Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators

• Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)

• Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

Competitive Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential

What We're Looking For

We're seeking clinicians who have:

• An active Delaware independent clinical license appropriate for the role, such as an LCSW, LPCMH, or LMFT

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population

• The ability to work independently in a virtual environment

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

• A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
