MACT Health Board is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a Full or Part Time role in a clinical setting. The position involves providing mental health services, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments to support patients’ well-being.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a current California LCSW certificate.
  • 3 years of Mental Health provider experience preferred.
  • Current BLS/ALS certificate.
  • Must pass Occupational Health Screening.
  • Must possess a valid form of identification as listed on the U.S. I-9 form, verified using E Verify system.
  • Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility.

Salary Range: $94,390.00 To $113,152.00 Annually

Who you are:

We are seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a Full or Part Time role working in a clinical setting. As a member of the health care team, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides mental health care services and will:

  • Perform mental health services within the scope of practice for a LCSW. Provide individual, family and group counseling services
  • Develop treatment plans and conduct case assessments
  • Crisis intervention of related social service situations
  • Participate in system of therapeutic care that provides support and strength
  • Maintain case records as required within the regulations and requirements of our funding agencies
  • Participates in interaction between service agencies on behalf of individuals and families.
  • Maintain good working relations among all staff through appropriate communications.
What you need:
  • Possession of a current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Certificate
  • 3 years of Mental Health provider experience preferred
  • Current BLS/ALS certificate
  • Must pass Occupational Health Screening.

  • Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier).

The position requires an awareness and keen appreciation of American Indian traditions, customs, and socioeconomic needs and the ability at all times to meet and deal effectively in contacts with Indian health organizations which requires tact, courtesy, discretion, resourcefulnessand good judgment in handling functions of a sensitive nature.
