Job summary

Saugus Rehab and Nursing Center invites a licensed social worker (LICSW/LCSW/LSW) to join our team in Massachusetts. You will assess residents’ social and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide counseling to residents and families to support well-being.

You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care, facilitate group activities, and maintain meticulous records of care plans and interactions.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts License (LICSW, LCSW, LSW) required.
