Headway Services, a DOE-contracted agency in New York City, is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) for the 2026–2027 school year.

Positions are available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island with full-time and part-time caseloads across public, charter, private, and preschool settings. Biweekly payroll and strong clinical support are provided.

Qualifications
