Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking fully licensed therapists who want to deepen their clinical impact while building a practice that feels sustainable, supported, and connected. You’ll join a private nationwide provider network with integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth tools.

Practice independently, with the backing of a dedicated provider success team and flexible options including in-person, telehealth, or hybrid work. Maryland licensure is required for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed therapists in Maryland or eligible in Maryland.
• Experience building a sustainable practice.
• Ability to navigate credentialing, billing, and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Grow Therapy to provide insurance credentialing and billing support.
• Leverage integrated EHR, scheduling, and telehealth tools to deliver care.
• Engage in clinician community and professional development opportunities.
