Job summary
Lifestance-Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington State. We offer a competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential and a workload based on productivity. This W2 employed role includes a sign-on bonus, cash incentive program, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The team focuses on adults and/or children/adolescents, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules. Malpractice insurance is provided, plus a 401K with match and paid parental leave.
Qualifications
- Licensed therapists with WA credentials (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Experience in adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to clients within Washington State.
- Collaborate with clinical team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and treatment plans.
