Job summary

Matrix Providers is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Albuquerque, NM to serve military service members and families. The role follows a collective bargaining agreement and offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, assessing psychosocial functioning, developing treatment plans, and providing counseling within licensure limits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE‑accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• Experience sufficient to meet clinical competency requirements as specified in service‑specific credentialing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies.
• Assess psychosocial functioning of patients and families; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment to diverse individuals.
• Apply medical and mental health knowledge, including diagnoses, medications, and terminology.
• Implement treatment modalities for individuals, families, and groups.
• Provide counseling/psychotherapy within licensure limits.
• Consult staff on psychosocial needs impacting health care and treatment compliance.
• Participate in peer reviews, case conferences, research, and required MTF activities.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full‑time employment
• Hourly rate: $43.27 / $45.55 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30
