• Fully licensed and credentialed in Illinois or in process of taking full license exam in Illinois; including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
• Ability to provide full-time therapy-only

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time therapy to adults and children/adolescents
• Work within LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services
• Deliver behavioral health care with a productivity-based compensation model
