Job summary

LifeStance Health in Illinois is actively seeking Psychologists to join our clinical team. We offer a fee-for-service productivity model (W2), full benefits, and a signing bonus as we expand our behavioral health practice for adults and youth.

Candidates must be fully licensed in Illinois (Ph.D. or Psy.D.), and able to provide full-time therapy-only services in a supportive, tech-enabled environment with administrative and scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed or in the process of taking Illinois license exam.
• Able to provide full-time therapy-only services.
• Experience with adult and child/adolescent populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults and child/adolescent clients.
• Collaborate with LifeStance clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks as part of a productivity model.
