Qualifications

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (PhD or PsyD).
• Experience caring for adults, children and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Preferred experience with testing intakes, batteries for assessments, report writing, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological assessments and therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with clinical team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Participate in hybrid schedule balancing telemedicine and in-person visits.
