Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio seeks a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care within a multidisciplinary team. The role offers hybrid in-person and telehealth options and opportunities to supervise practicum students and postdoctoral trainees.

Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, individual and group psychotherapy, and potential testing. APA-accredited internship and Ohio licensure (or eligibility) are required.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship is expected.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy.
• Optional involvement in psychological and neuropsychological testing.
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage in non-clinical activities as needed.
