Job summary

Reliatus seeks a highly experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to lead Autism & Diagnostic Assessments in our Richmond, VA office. This May 2026 start date is ideal for clinicians finishing fellowships or pursuing a planned career transition.

The role centers on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents (1–21), with a focus on mentorship and active engagement with the Virginia psychology training community.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active Virginia clinical psychology licensure or eligibility for endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years in autism assessment (preferred).
• Experience with DSM-5 and neurodevelopmental evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret gold-standard evaluations (ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2, CARS-2, Vineland-3, SRS-2).
• Perform differential diagnoses to distinguish ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and related profiles.
• Integrate data into comprehensive family-centered reports.
• Provide diagnostic feedback sessions with strengths-based recommendations.
