Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Minnesota to join our outpatient clinical team. Therapists provide direct psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults within a flexible schedule and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC).

• Outpatient therapy with flexible scheduling is offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients (children, adolescents or adults).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
• Participate in a hybrid work model with no on-call, nights, or hospital duties.
