You will join a national provider of mental health services delivering evidence-based, medically driven therapy to children, adolescents and adults in outpatient settings and via telemedicine. Whether you focus on adults or youth, you will work within a collaborative clinical team with full administrative support and the latest digital EMR.

Qualifikationen

• Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW or LMFT) required.
• Experience delivering therapy to adults and child/adolescent populations.
• W2 employee on a fee-for-service productivity model.
